1. Initial Consultation & Setup Phase
If a refund request is made before any work has started (within 48 hours of payment), we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Work in Progress (Within First 15 Days)
If you’ve engaged a monthly package and wish to cancel within the first 15 days, we will assess the work completed and issue a partial refund, deducting costs for services already delivered (such as audits, keyword research, or initial content).
3. After 15 Days of Ongoing Service
Once a significant portion of the month’s work has been delivered (after 15 days), refunds are generally not available. However, we will offer to pause or adjust your plan for future use if you have a valid concern.
4. Recurring Subscriptions
For recurring monthly plans, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No refunds will be provided once a new billing period has begun.
